Q: Are Orlando Villa Experts financially secure?

A: We are part of USAirtours who have been established for over 25 years. All monies paid to us are fully protected through our ATOL Licence number 3085 licensed through the Civil Aviation Authority.

Q: What’s the difference between a villa, townhouse and apartment?

A: Our villas are detached three to seven bedroom homes have their own private pools and some have games equipment in attached garage. Townhouses are terraced 3 or 4-floor accommodation offering three or four bedrooms with access to a communal clubhouse with large heated pool and other facilities. Apartments offer two and three bedroom accommodation in a multi-story building with access to a communal clubhouse and large heated pool.

Q: How does the ‘diamond’ rating system work?

A: All of the accommodation we sell has been inspected and we have allocated our own rating.

‘3 diamond’ properties are older with a ‘lived-in’ feel but offer exceptional value for money.

‘4 diamond’ properties are our most popular, featuring modern larger and more luxurious accommodation.

‘5 diamond’ properties have selected for their ‘wow’ appeal, with a luxurious standard decoration and furnishings.

Q: What is ‘allocated on arrival’?

A: Our 3 diamond properties offer exceptional value for money but you do not get the opportunity to pre-select your resort and this is allocated to you on arrival at our Orlando office.

Q: What’s included in each property?

A: Everything you would normally expect to find in a standard home can be found including: a fully equipped kitchen with enough contents for two adults per bedroom, an automatic washer/dryer, linen, towels, at least two TV’s

Q: How many beds are there in each room?

A: Typically each property will have a master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom on suite. The second bedroom will have a queen-sized double bed and all other bedrooms will have two single beds. Please let us know if you have any specific bedding requests when you book.

Q: Is the villa pool heated?

A: All pools can be heated providing this is requested when booking but at an additional cost. In cooler months of October through April, pool heating will be limited by the external temperature and may well not rise above 70f – which is hardly warm! By staying in a Townhouse or Apartment you can avoid this cost by using the large shared heated pool and other facilities.

Q: How big is villa the pool?

A: Pools are typically2.5m x 7m and whilst are good for small children, adults would normally use it to dip in and cool off. We always suggest that you book a villa at a resort with a separate clubhouse and larger swimming pool for the best of both worlds.

Q: Where do I collect the keys to my villa?

A: After you have collected your minivan from the airport you will drive to our office where you will collect driving directions to your accommodation. This will contain the code for a ‘lock-box’ located by your villa door that contains your key. Should arrive late at night there is a large lock-box located by our office door that will contain the directions and information required.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: Yes when you collect the keys from our office, you will have to complete a registration form and give credit details that will be debited in the event of any damage or breakage.

Q: How many people can be insured to drive the minivan?

A: Your minivan insurance allows for up to 4 drivers to be named when the vehicle is collected at the airport. Each will require a UK driving licences (minimum age 25 years old).

Q: Do you have a local office in Orlando?

A: Yes our office is open 7 days a week and has an out-of-hours Freephone number manned 24 hours a day.

Q: When do I receive my travel documents?

A: Your travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days before your departure date.
