Villas on the Gulf Coast are located in residential areas & do not have any resort/community facilities. All villas have a living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bedrooms as specified, at least 2 full bathrooms, cable TV & a private screened swimming pool. They are fully furnished & equipped with glassware, crockery, linens and towels.

Located about 1 hour north of Tampa & approximately 2.5 hours drive from Orlando, New Port Richey and Hudson are stylishly laid out residential areas ideal for the first time visitor. These are quiet areas and there is little man-made entertainment, however, there are plenty of restaurants and shops similar to those found in Orlando. Local beaches are a short drive away and are not as crowded as those further down the Gulf coast

Cape Coral is a pretty and quiet town ideal for a relaxing holiday. There is an intimate local beach with a waterfront cafe but for a wider choice of restaurants and bars you would need to go into Fort Myers, about 15 minutes drive away. Many homes in Cape Coral are on the waterfront & have their own boat dock. Boats can be hired locally for a fee.
