Accommodations
Ginn Reunion Resort features 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and 3, 4 & 5 bedroom villas with or without private pools in select neighbourhoods within the main resort, plus 3-bedroom townhomes at Carriage Point neighbourhood, just on the edge of the resort.

Apartments - most border the on-site championship golf courses and offer views of either landscaped gardens, a conservation area or the golf course.  Each has a beautifully furnished living/dining room area with private balcony or patio and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.  There is a secluded master suite with a king-size bed along with its own spacious private bathroom complete with luxury fittings and amenities.  Additional bedrooms are also tastefully appointed with quality furnishings and share one or two additional bathrooms.  All apartments feature free high-speed internet connection, in-room safe, daily newspaper delivery and complimentary parking.

Townhomes - located at Carriage Point with views over golf course or conservation area.  Each has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area with TV, master bedroom with flatscreen TV, DVD player & ensuite bathroom, additional bedrooms with TV, DVD & telephone, additional bathroom, washer/dryer, free high-speed internet connection, in-room safe and private driveway.

Villas - these beautiful homes offer the utmost in luxury and are individually decorated to extremely high standards.  Villas are offered with direct golf course views, partial course views or interior garden views and can be selected with a private pool option.  Regardless of the quality level you choose (Deluxe, Superior or Estate), all villas offer the following as standard:

  • Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, top-of-the-range fixtures and crown molding (most villas)
  • One or multiple spacious living areas opening onto a patio or private pool area with combined or separate dining areas, each with minimum 27" TV and DVD/CD player
  • Private master suite with king-size bed and plush robes
  • Additional bedrooms with king, queen, double or two twin beds
  • TV's, blackout curtains and luggage rack in every bedroom
