Types Of Accommodation

Orlando Villa Experts offers holidays in three types of accommodation.

Villas
Villas are detached private homes, featuring a living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bedrooms (from 3 to 5 bedrooms), bathrooms & private swimming pool.  As villas are generally privately owned, the furnishings within them are personal to the owner, so we are therefore unable to list the exact contents & colour schemes of each villa.   However, all villas are fully furnished & come complete with bed linen & towels.  Villas are cleaned prior to arrival - an additional mid-stay clean is available for a small charge. 
3diamond - Villas have standard size rooms and at least one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Townhomes
Townhomes are private terraced homes.  They are on either 2 or 3 stories and generally do not have a private swimming pool.  Each home will feature a living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bedrooms & bathrooms.  As townhomes are privately owned, the furnishings within them are personal to the owner, so we are therefore unable to list the exact content or colour scheme of each.  However, every townhome is fully furnished & complete with bed linen & towels.  Homes are cleaned prior to arrival - an additional mid-stay clean is available for a small charge.  Townhomes are graded according to the size of the rooms & the quality of furnishings.

Apartments
Apartments are units contained within a larger buildings.  Each will have it's own front door which is reached by either external or internal corridors.  Each apartment features a living area, dining area, kitchen or kitchenette, washer/dryer, bedrooms & bathrooms.  Exact content and colour schemes cannot be guarateed as each apartment is generally privately owned, but all are fully furnished & come complete with bed linen & towels.  Apartments are cleaned prior to arrival - an additional mid-stay clean is available for a small charge.  Apartments are graded according to the size of the rooms, the amenities within them & the quality of furnishings.
