Description

Aviana Resort is a new luxury gated community nestled amongst natural wetlands and tropical palms. Situated just south of Kissimmee, Aviana is close to theme parks, shopping centers, restaurants and golf courses. The community offers a clubhouse with a great pool area and outdoor spa, internet cafe, games arcade, putting green, sand volleyball court and childrens playground. The villa will have four bedrooms and at least two full bathrooms, one being ensuite to the master bedroom. Other features include a private screened pool with spa and pool furniture, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils. Towels and linen are provided. All homes are non-smoking - guests are allowed to smoke on the patio/pool area only.
